Our operating costs vary depending upon energy prices. A variable energy surcharge will be included as a separate line item on each invoice and will only apply once per billing period regardless of the number of deliveries. The surcharge is based on the Monthly U.S. Average On-Road Diesel Price as published by the U.S. Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration on its website at tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/wohdp/diesel.asp. Updated monthly, the Energy Surcharge appears as a separate line item on each statement. We reserve the right to apply the surcharge in our sole discretion. A bottle deposit is a fee charged for every 3 or 5-gallon bottle delivered to you. A bottle deposit is refundable and will be credited to your account as each empty bottle is returned, either upon each delivery or upon the end of your agreement.
